I am a teacher and a mom of a toddler and and I have noticed parents use to give same food which they use to eat as breakfast or lunch and that’s wrong as kids don’t have that much capacity to digest such heavy meals and that’s the reason why babies use to left food in their lunch.
Here I got recipes for my toddler which she use to finish and i recommend to parents to not give food which you consume bcoz kids are young to eat heavy food and it can lead to obesity in young age. Better to give them nutritional food. 👍🏻

The recipes are healthy and I give my girl as breakfast before going to school apart from only milk she have told me that “mom I don’t feel sleepy I use to be energetic and tear her use to appreciate me” and even for her lunch in school this recipes are healthy as kids use to play at school it keeps them energetic.
